Owner FAQ

What does the monthly management fee cover?

Monthly management covers rent collection and deposits, 24/7 maintenance coordination, owner portal access with monthly statements, legal notices and compliance, and move-in and move-out inspections. Additional inspections are $150 each.

How much does property management cost?

For houses, condos and 2–4 units, the fee is 8% of collected rent. For multi-family (5–15 units), it is 6.5%. Both have a $150 minimum per door. Leasing, renewal, onboarding and inspection fees are listed in the pricing table above.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Every fee is listed in the pricing table above, including add-on services such as eviction coordination.

How will I see what’s happening with my property?
